About Rincones

Rincones was born from a simple idea: the Dominican Republic that makes you fall in love is not in the resort brochure.

This project is a collaboration with @rinconesrd, the Instagram community that has spent years showing the country's real corners: hidden swimming holes, beaches missing from tourist maps, misty mountains and eateries where sancocho tastes like Sunday with family.

Our job is to turn that inspiration into bookable plans. We review the catalog of experiences available in the country, filter out mass tourism and flag the authentic rincones: local operators, small groups and real nature. Every experience carries an editorial note of our own, written by us, so you know why it is worth it.

Independent and transparent

Rincones is an independent guide. We are not the official website of any attraction or tour operator. Bookings are completed on Viator, an international activity booking platform. If you book through our links we may earn a commission that does not change the price you pay. That is how this project is funded.
